Keble was founded in 1870. It is now one of the largest Oxford colleges and will be home to our International Conference, 1.5 Degrees: Meeting the Challenges of the Paris Agreement, 20-22 September 2016.
Keble College is also providing accommodation for delegates.

Public Lecture Venue | 20 September (evening only)
Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 1BX, United Kingdom
Doors open from 4.30pm, before the Public Lecture 'The Paris climate deal: origins, ambitions and implications' at 5pm.
 
Please note, if you are a conference delegate you may recieve a complimentary ticket to this event. Members of the public must buy their tickets to the talk online.

How to get to Keble College:
By Rail
The railway station is approximately 20 minutes' walk from Keble College. Taxi services are available outside the Station entrance.

By Coach
Express coach services run between Oxford and London (1-1½ hours), London Heathrow, Birmingham and other destinations nationwide. The Coach Station at Gloucester Green is approximately 15 minutes' walk from Keble College. Taxi Services are available from Gloucester Green.

By Car
Oxford suffers from severe traffic congestion, and we recommend that if possible you use public transport when visiting. Since parking in the city centre is also very limited, you may wish to use the Park and Ride facilities on the ringroad. Please note that there are no car parking facilities available within the College. 
Travelling by air
Oxford is conveniently reached from Heathrow Airport (1¼ hours), Gatwick Airport (2½ hours) by coach. There is a frequent bus service from Heathrow.
Conference Registration:
You can register your attendance at the conference, collecting your name badge and conference information pack at the following times and places:​

Keble College accommodation information:
Checking in:
For delegates who have booked conference accommodation at Keble College, you may check in at its Porters’ Lodge from 2pm on the date of arrival. Luggage storage will be provided if necessary. On arrival at the lodge delegates will either be given their key or instructed where to place luggage and register.
 
Checking out:
Delegates must check out by 10am on the date of departure. Keble College porters can help in ordering taxis for delegates.
 
Breakfast:
Continental breakfast is available from 7am and hot breakfast from 7.30am in Keble’s Dining Hall. There are a wide selection of breakfast options available with which delegates can help themselves. Serving staff will be on hand should you have any special dietary concerns. Breakfast service finishes at 9am.
 
Porters’ Lodge:
Keble College’s Porters’ Lodge is open 24-hours, and is accessible from Parks Road.
